Monetizing Stranded Gas
Substantial natural gas reserves are located in remote corners of the world, many thousands of miles from end use markets. Processes to turn these raw materials into useful transportation fuels are capital intensive and, at times, must be placed on space constrained offshore facilities. Velocys technology can greatly reduce both the cost and size of gas-to-liquids (GTL) processing equipment, enabling economical conversion of both onshore and offshore stranded resources.
